By accessing and using NeuraScale ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

NeuraScale is a data workflow automation platform that:

• Ingests data from various sources (ERP, CRM, analytics platforms)
• Normalizes and processes data using automated workflows
• Generates AI-powered action briefs and reports
• Provides data visualization and dashboard capabilities
• Offers API access for integration with existing systems

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuraScale. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you will use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

• Store your data securely as part of the Service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

Data Responsibilities

• You must have proper rights and permissions to use your data

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuraScale and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and any custom configurations you create. We retain ownership of the platform, algorithms, and any improvements made to the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Third-party service dependencies

We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.

Pricing & Payment

During the pilot phase, NeuraScale is offered free of charge. Future pricing will be communicated with appropriate notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms.

Security & Privacy

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that:

• We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You should not transmit sensitive data if you have concerns about security

Our privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Damages resulting from third-party integrations
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
